“For me, every day is a personal gratitude check and that daily reminder is the second best thing about coordinating the Community Outreach & Family Support Program. The first best thing is helping children realize their dreams-those kids who in spite of unimaginable odds never stop trying and never lose hope. His Step-Dad just now waited outside while my child ran into town hall, burst into my office and flung his arms around me and hugged me so hard it brought tears to my eyes (and to the client who was in my office). He was absolutely beyond excited and promised to draw me a picture of the "big game". He's quite the artist. I always like my job but today, I loved it. Thanks to all of you who made that possible.”
